Jacobean route. The hermitage of Santiago is already mentioned in documents from the early 15th century. In it, the patron is depicted dressed as a pilgrim. In Hondarribia, pilgrims had access to the hospitals of San Bartolomé and Santa Magdalena, they visited the hermitages of La Gracia and Santiago, and then continued towards Lezo via Jaizubia.
