The altarpieces.
The altars are adorned with altarpieces, as in Laburdi or Baja Navarra, but these are less exuberant, having experienced less Spanish Churrigueresque influences. Almost all have followed the same model and are perhaps the work of the same artisans. They date from the s. XVII, a time in which the churches were restored after having suffered the excesses of the cruel wars of religion, and have been repainted in the 20th century.
