Conclusion.
The capital where this Savings Bank was founded in 1850 and the society for which it was designed were completely different from the Vitorian society that existed in 1989, the last year of the institution's existence. After the appropriate study, which revealed the need and viability of a merger, a process began that would conclude with the merger of this Savings Bank with the Provincial Savings Bank of Lava on June 18, 1990, after approval by their respective General Assemblies. Both institutions became a single institution called Caja Vital Kutxa, thus completing its 140-year journey and preparing a new entity that would be capable of playing the same important role as its predecessors during the 21st century.
