Basque politician and doctor born in 1852 and died in 1926. Provincial deputy of Guipúzcoa, elected for the district of Iran in May 1915; proclaimed vice-president of the Corporation the same month. Attendant at the Assembly of the 4 Basque Provincial Councils held in Vitoria on 16 July 1917. He was one of the major shareholders of La Papelera Española.
