Biscayan nationalist politician. Member of the PNV since 1977. A civil engineer, he directed "Eusko Trenbideak" 1977 and 1987. PNV representative in the General Assemblies of Biscay (Busturia-Markina), elected in the elections of 3 April 1979 and 8 May 1983. PNV representative for Biscay in the elections of 10 June 1987.
