A seafarer, born in Bizkaia, who in 1553 presented a memorial to His Highness on behalf of the sea captains and masters and owners of ships from Bizkaia, Gipuzkoa and four towns on the coast regarding the wages to be paid both to the crews and to the ships that were to be requisitioned for royal service. The memorial is in the Fernández de Navarrete Collection, vol. XXII, no. 28.
