Lieutenant Colonel of Infantry, born in Bilbao in 1916 and died in Logroño on 29 May 1988.
During the Franco regime, he was appointed mayor of Logroño in 1967. He was a member of parliament representing Logroño during the 8th, 9th and 10th consecutive legislative sessions. He received several decorations throughout his career.
