July 20-25. Six amateur groups participate in the competition: two Germans, one Czech, one Swedish, one English, and one Catalan. The winner was Jazzom de Catalunya, and the second place went to The Tony Leigh Quintet. Third prize went to the Germans Frey and Tiepold.
