Bilbaino. An industrialist, born in 1906, member of numerous boards of directors and director of the Bank of Bilbao. He served as Deputy Mayor of the city, President of Athletic Club of Bilbao, and from 1963 to 1964, President of the Sociedad Bilbaína, at the head of which he gave a strong boost to the renowned library of this distinguished institution.
