Politician from Alava, born in Vitoria on October 14, 1951.
He was one of the founders of Unidad Alavesa (UA) and a member of its utive Committee, and later of Democracia Foral of lava. He was a member of the Basque Autonomous Parliament from 30 November 1994 to 8 September 1995 and a member of the Lava General Assemblies from 1991 to 1997. In 1998 he retired from active politics.
