General de ascendencia vasca, nacido en La Habana hacia el 1625. Fue teniente general de Artillería y gobernador de la Almiranta de Gipuzkoa. Figuró en las acciones de Lérida, Orbitelo, Barcelona y reconquista de la isla de Santa Catalina.
