Trepa. Historical E.T.A. militant, born in Bilbao. He was imprisoned in Spain from 1967 to 1972. Refugee in France since 1973, worked as a fisherman in Saint-Jean-de-Luz, Laburdina, with a residence permit, until his arrest and deportation to Spain under the absolute emergency procedure on 9 April 1987, where he was imprisoned.
