A prelate from Gipuzkoa, born in Elgoibar in 1863. Dominican, he was ordained priest in 1887. Apostolic Vicar of Fo-Kien (China). Titular Bishop of Botris in 1912. He died in 1941 while serving as Vicar of the Chinese diocese of Foochow.
