Personalidad argentina de origen vizcaíno nacida hacia 1750. Teniente coronel. Casó con Petrona de La Cámara y posteriormente con María Feliciana Castellanos. Falleció el 19 de septiembre de 1795 en Salta, localidad de la que era vecino, dejando una gran sucesión.
