Ingeniero industrial vasco, nacido en 1901. Trabajó en los Ferrocarriles Vasco-Navarros y en Ferrocarriles de Vía Estrecha (FEVE) en la que ocupó diversas jefaturas regionales, entre ellas la de la demarcación de Vitoria.
