Personalidad vizcaina, nacido en Bilbao en 1605 y muerto en Madrid en 1641. Beneficiado de San Vicente de Abando, canónigo de la catedral de Burgos y fiscal metropolitano de esta diócesis. Caballero de la orden de Santiago.
