Obispo navarro nacido en Tafalla en 1673. Fue elegido capellán en Toledo por Felipe V. También desempeñó el cargo de administrador de la Corte. Murió en Toledo en 1725, siendo enterrado en la capilla de los Reyes Nuevos.
