Falangista navarro. En 1936 se le encomendó el encuadramiento de Falange en Pamplona. Por su participación en los disturbios ocurridos el tres de diciembre de 1945 entre carlistas de Fal Conde y partidarios de Carlos VIII, fue procesado y penado por la autoridad militar.
