Hombre de Leyes navarro del s. XVII. Abogado de los Reales Tribunales, era en 1677 síndico y diputado por Pamplona. Desempeño en Madrid diversas misiones cerca del rey encargadas por la Diputación. En 1686 era oídor de la Cámara de Comptos.
