Personalidad navarra nacida en Miranda de Arga. Caballero de Santiago en 1687. Fue Maestre de campo de infantería española, coronel y alcaide perpetuo del Real Palacio de Pamplona. Obtuvo el derecho de asiento en Cortes en 1691, acudiendo a las reuniones realizadas entre tal año y 1724.
