Capitán del Regimiento de Barcelona, fue miembro de la Junta Provisional de Gobierno de Navarra. Participó en las reuniones de la Sociedad Patriótica Pamplonesa durante 1820. Era de los que se reunían con Quintana en la Ciudadela.
