Dirigente nacionalista vasco. Vicepresidente de Juventud Vasca de Bilbao y miembro del Bizkai Buru Batzar (1930). Concejal de Bilbao, por el distrito de Abando, elegido en las elecciones de 12 de abril de 1931.
