Personalidad navarra, señor de los palcios de cabo de armerías de Solchaga y de Mendívil. Como caballero asistió a las reuniones de Cortes de 1794, 1801 y 1817. Durante la ocupación francesa fue miembro del Consejo de Intendencia que gobernó Navarra en 1812-1813.
