Editor guipuzcoano. Administrador del semanario «El Bidasoa» en su segunda etapa de 1915 a 1936. Nació en Irún en 1871 y muere en 1962. Tanto el citado semanario (1880) como la imprenta (1878) donde se imprimía fueron fundados por su padre Bernardo Valverde.
