Personalidad eclesiástica del siglo XVIII, natural de la comarca riojana de Cameros. Fue colegial de Alcalá de Henares, catedrático de vísperas de esa universidad y canónigo de la magistral de los Santos Justo y Pastor. En 1749 tomó posesión del decanato de la iglesia mayor de Tudela.
