Personalidad vizcaína del siglo XVIII. Señor de la casa de Urquizu, conde de las Amayuelas. En 1789 fue designado por la Junta del Señorío para representar al nuevo rey de España, Carlos IV, en su jura de los Fueros ante el árbol de Gernika.
