Personalidad nacionalista vasca. Alavés, radicó muy joven en Argentina. Fundador del Centro Zazpirak-Bat y editor del Almanaque Vasco-Argentino (1942-1943). Colaborador de La Baskonia y de Euzko Deya de Buenos Aires.
