Marino vasco del siglo XVIII. Sentó plaza como guardiamarina en 1729. Teniente de navío de la Armada de Nueva España en 1750, fue uno de los comisarios de la Expedición de Límites dirigida por José de Iturriaga. Muere en 1757, siendo capitán de navío.
