Militar argentino de origen vasco, nacido en Buenos Aires en 1923. Jefe del cuerpo de Ingenieros, director de Fabricaciones Militares y jefe del Estado Mayor. Titular de la Academia de Ingenieros de la provincia de Buenos Aires. Ministro de Obras y Servicios Públicos (1981).
