Cura párroco de Mondragón (Gipuzkoa) vicario eclesiástico. Fue elegido el 26 de mayo de 1808 representante del obispado de Calahorra y La Calzada en la Diputación General de Españoles que redactó la Constitución de Bayona de 1808 de la que fue firmante.
