Organización Foral. Nombre que recibieron en Gipuzkoa las federaciones de concejos, por lo general pequeños y poco poblados, que se agrupaban a fin de ahorrarse gastos de representación en Juntas. El representante de una Unión votaba por el número de fuegos agrupados.
