Personalidad vizcaina. Intendente mercantil. Técnico de la Federación Agraria de Vizcaya. Entre 1934 y 1935 colaboró con «Euzkadi» y entre 1949 y 1951 con «Alderdi», con trabajos sobre producción y economía agraria, cooperativismo y temas pesqueros.
