Banderizo vizcaino del s. XIV. Firmante, junto con su hijo Juan de Ugarte, de las Treguas de Abendaño con Bilbao en 1353. Sus nietos, Juan, Iñigo y Diego de Ugarte --hijos de Juan-- firmaron las Treguas de Basurto en 1366.
