Arquitecto argentino de origen vasco, nacido en Buenos Aires en 1910. Ha sido vicepresidente de la Federación Panamericana de Asociaciones de Arquitectos y del Comité Ejecutivo de la Unión Internacional de Arquitectos. Secretario de la Vivienda del Gobierno argentino (1970).
