También llamado Pedro Regalado. Misionero terciario, nacido en Zumaia el 28 de marzo de 1871 . Residió, cuidando enfermos, gran parte de su vida en cercano Oriente, principalmente en Jerusalén donde falleció el 18 de diciembre de 1948.
