Escritor alavés. Colaborador de Vida Vasca entre 1925 y 1940 con poemas y artículos de temas eminentemente vitorianos. Director y colaborador de El Heraldo Alavés. Fundador de la Revista Celedón. Usó de los seudónimos "Mecachis" y "Un concejal del 90".
