Personalidad navarra del siglo XVII. Doctor en Derecho, fue Oidor de la Cámara de Comptos de Navarra y Juez de Finanzas. En 1631 publicó un memorial a Felipe III Acerca del buen modo que se podría dar a los tribunales y a la judicatura... para acortar los pleitos.
