Personalidad vizcaína del siglo XVIII, nacido en 1748 y muerto en 1809. Ministro del Consejo Real y caballero de Carlos III, en 1788 fue creado marqués de Fuerte-Hijar. En 1802 figura como director de la Escuela Económica Matritense.
