Local emplazado en la "Casa de la Juventud" de Pamplona (Navarra), fundada en 1969 y perteneciente al Injuve. Destaca por haber sido el centro del "Certamen Nacional de Arte Juvenil" desde la edición XI a la XIX y de las "Campañas de Concursos Navideños".
