Abogado vizcaíno, nacido en Madrid en 1865 y muerto en Bilbao en 1892. Hijo de Fidel de Sagarmínaga, en 1890 obtuvo un acta de diputado provincial, siendo truncada su prometedora carrera jurídica y política de forma prematura.
