Diputado de la provincia de Vizcaya (1919) y miembro de la Caja de Ahorros vizcaína. Durante el II Congreso de Estudios Vascos celebrado en Pamplona en 1920 pronunció la lección Seguro de vejez e invalidez permanente. Seguro de supervivencia, viudedad y orfandad.
