Religioso navarro nacido en Tudela en 1731. Fue abad del Monasterio de Santa María de la Oliva de 1768 a 1772 y de 1776 a 1780. Ejerció como presidente de la Diputación del Reino y formó parte del Consejo Real. Muere en La Oliva.
