Técnico naval navarro nacido en Tudela en el siglo XIX, que dirigió la fabricación y botadura del buque España en 1912. A pesar de que el ayuntamiento de Tudela proyectó destinarle una calle en la ciudad, esto no llegó a ocurrir.
