Personalidad política vizcaína del siglo XIX, nacido en Balmaseda en 1824 y muerto en Bilbao en 1909. Alcalde de Bilbao en 1871, fue presidente de la Casa de Misericordia y de la Sociedad Bilbaína. Diputado provincial.
