Escritor suletino. Colaborador del Bulletin du Musée Basque con artículos sobre ganadería y pastoreo en Soule. Murió en 1967. Residió la mayor parte de su vida en París donde desempeñó el cargo de Archivero de la Jefatura de Policía de la capital gala.
