Arquitecto vizcaíno de la primera mitad del siglo XX. Autor de un proyecto para un sanatorio antituberculoso para Vizcaya (1924). En 1911 publica en Bilbao Moción y memoria referentes a la reorganización de las Escuelas de Artes y Oficios de la Provincia.
