Escritor navarro, nacido en Oskotz en 1938. Ingresa en el noviciado carmelita de Larrea en 1958; realiza estudios de Teología y Filosofía, licenciándose en Teología en 1979. Ha ejercido como maestro de novicios en Amorebieta y en Vitoria. Colaborador de «Príncipe de Viana».
