Personalidad peruana de ascendencia alavesa, nacido en Lima en 1754 y muerto en la misma capital en 1815. Doctor en Cánones por la Universidad limeña de San Marcos, fue abogado de la Audiencia de Lima y regidor de la capital virreinal en 1788. Creado conde de Torre Antigua de Orúe en 1807.
