Marqués de Villarías. Personalidad vizcaina de la familia Ordóñez de Barraicúa nacido en 1820. Fue diputado foral en 1845 y luego Padre de la Provincia. Desarrolló gran parte de su vida en el extranjero. Murió el 29 de noviembre de 1905 en su casa de Somorrostro (Bizkaia).
