Personalidad guipuzcoana del siglo XVIII, nacido en Bergara en 1754. Beneficiado de Santa María de Oxirondo, fue canónigo de Burgos, abad de Covarrubias, oficial de la Inquisición y canónigo de Sevilla. Caballero de Carlos III.
